Interviews

This section of the website is reserved for comments and excerpts of conversations from customers about their ExtraFleet v2 experience or some specific element about that experience.  I have shown a topic, date, customer name, and company whenever possible.  I have asked the person on the other end for permission to publish their comments.  In some cases the material here is based on those conversations and may or may not be the precise words of the person being interviewed.

ShirtPocket WorkOrder, 05/04/2005, Phil Collins, East Texas Medical Center, Tyler, TX:  "As you know we have been implementing the ShirtPocket WorkOrder back in the shop and we have decided to declare May as a month during which all of our work order transactions are to be paperless.  The mechanics have adapted to the hand-helds easily and they seem especially pleased to be able to participate more in the day to day processing of the work that passes through the shop.  They trust the increased accuracy of the repair history captured using the hand-helds because they know the person who did the work made the repair entries.  The other thing that is especially cool is that all the work we did today is in ExtraFleet before we go home at night.  It's impossible for the paperwork to get behind when there isn't any paper involved in getting the work done."
