Even with an annual tech support renewal rate in excess of 90% we occasionally get a call from a customer out of the past who would like to renew tech support and “catch up” after a long absence.  We are always anxious to renew a relationship like this and bring the fleet software up to date.  The annual tech support fee after the first year (included free the first year) is $500.  This fee covers BOTH telephone support and updates.  Most of the annual support revenue goes toward program development.

Accordingly we have established a fee schedule for long term returnees:

Less than one year since tech support expired                              $500.00 for next 12mo.

1-2 years since expiration                                                           $750.00

3-4 years                                                                                   $1250.00

5+ years                                                                                    Rebuy

Please keep in mind that a database that has not been updated for 5 or more years with a new version will require extensive file conversion work that we will be glad to do for free for any ExtraFleet Database.  Please call 800-733-2052 ext 1 for assistance if you would like to come back into the fold and take advantage of the latest version.
